Product Description
KLEN 1202 protects metal parts under sustained temperatures up to 1150oC and prevents galling, seizing, galvanic action, pitting and thread distortion. KLEN 1202 is non- melting and will not wash off and protects against rust, corrosion and freezing. It will not evaporate, separate or harden and will not fuse to metals. KLEN 1202 reduces torque requirements, friction and wear on rubber and metal parts, thus shortening downtime and replacement costs.
KLEN 1202 also acts as a sealant, reduces friction, tightens, firms joints that open easily. It is non-corrosive and inert to both natural and synthetic rubber. KLEN 1202 also gives aluminium high heat resistance and protects stainless steel from pitting.

Directions for Use
- Pre-clean surfaces to be treated, removing any dirt, grit or old grease.
- Shake can thoroughly until mixing ball rattles freely for at least 30 seconds.
- With can held in an upright position, spray surface in short bursts from a distance of 8 to 10 inches.
- After use, invert can and clear actuator by spraying until only gas is dispelled.
Precaution
As with all chemical products, avoid ingestion and eye contact. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after use.
